Vinda Officially Launches "E3+ Order Collaboration Platform" Project with Baison Software The kickoff meeting for the "E3+ Order Collaboration Platform" co-developed by Vinda and Baison Software was successfully held on June 29. Centered on building an integrated collaborative system covering production, sales, inventory and distribution, the project aims to develop an automated order fulfillment platform with order collaboration as its core. It will focus on realizing four major collaborative capabilities: First, automated order fulfillment. The full chain of planning, inventory and fulfillment will be interconnected to enable automatic order processing. Second, data collaboration. Real-time linkage of sales, planning, inventory and delivery progress will be achieved, along with standardized master data and product information. Third, inventory & planning collaboration. Real-time inventory updates and accurate display of available stock quantities will be realized, with a rule-based control system set up to clarify order fulfillment priorities. EIA Public Notice of 60,000 tpy Functional Polypropylene Fiber Project of Jiangsu Haibang New Materials Recently, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning of Jiangsu Province issued a pre-approval public notice of the 60,000 tpy output functional modified polypropylene fiber project of Jiangsu Haibang New Materials Co., Ltd. Located in the Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, the project involves a total investment of RMB 500 million. Six production lines for functional modified polypropylene fiber will be newly constructed. The company will purchase a total of 108 sets of equipment including screw extruders, melt spinning machines, crimpers and fiber cutters, and self-manufacture 12 sets of equipment such as melt spinning machines, ribbon stacking machines and yarn swinging machines. Upon completion, the project will reach a production capacity of 60,000 tpy. - 2026-08

The revenue generated from core business declined by 5.83% compared with the previous reporting period, mainly attributable to intensified market competition and price fluctuations in the packaging bag sector during the reporting period.
