Shanghai Qingliang Successfully Starts Up TM16 Supplied to Vietnam’s Truong Giang Paper Recently, the 3550-1700 tissue machine supplied by Shanghai Qingliang Industrial Co., Ltd. has been successfully started up and put into operation at Truong Giang Paper in Vietnam. The newly commissioned tissue machine features a width of 3.55 m and a maximum operating speed of 1,700 m/min. Hunan Zhengding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. provided the Yankee dryer, air hood, hot air system and dust removal system for the machine. - 2026-06

Baoding Zhongxin Paper Puts Into Operation a Crescent Tissue Machine Supplied by Baoding Weituo On April 25, a crescent tissue machine supplied by Baoding Weituo Papermaking Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially commissioned at Baoding Zhongxin Paper Co., Ltd. The tissue machine has a width of 3.55 m, an operating speed of 1,500 m/min, and an annual production capacity of 30,000 tpy. It is equipped with the energy-saving breathing air hood and multi-stage turbulence headbox, both independently developed by Weituo. The machine delivers excellent sheet formation and optimal MD-CD tensile ratio, and can effectively reduce costs such as steam and power consumption. - 2026-06

The 3rd Tissue Machine of China C&S Paper (Dazhou) 300,000 tpy Pulp and Paper Integration Project Has Been Successfully Put Into Production On April 22, the 3rd Tissue machine (TM3) of Phase I of the 300,000 tpy Pulp and Paper Integration Project of C&S Paper (Dazhou) Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned at Lidu Industrial Park, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. The project is constructed in three phases. Upon full completion, it is expected to generate an annual output value of nearly RMB 4 billion and annual tax revenue of about RMB 400 million, driving the upstream and downstream related industries to achieve an output value of RMB 7.5 billion. - 2026-05

Pulp and Parent Tissue Roll Prices in Major Regional Markets During Feb. and Mar. 2026 In February 2026, the average pulp prices in major tissue production regions in Chian including Hebei and Sichuan-Chongqing dropped month on month, with imported bleached softwood pulp board in Hebei seeing the most notable decline of RMB 90 per ton, the average price of bleached bagasse wet pulp (on oven-dry basis) in Guangxi remaining stable, and imported bleached hardwood pulp board as well as bleached eucalyptus wet pulp in Guangxi registering higher average prices; meanwhile, the average price of bleached wood pulp parent tissue roll in Hebei fell by RMB 120 per ton, the average price of bleached bamboo pulp parent tissue roll in Sichuan-Chongqing rose mildly, and parent tissue roll prices in other major regions kept steady month on month. In March, pulp prices in Hebei and Sichuan-Chongqing continued to decline, the average price of natural bamboo pulp parent tissue roll in Sichuan-Chongqing slipped slightly, and parent tissue roll prices across other key regions remained flat. - 2026-05
