Refinno (Suzhou) Industrial System to Supply Four 4.6 m Extra-wide Fine-denier High-speed Through-air Bonding Production Lines to Chibi Hengrui Nonwovens Co., Ltd.

On August 3, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Refinno (Suzhou) Industrial System Co.,Ltd. and Chibi Hengrui Nonwovens Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the conference center of Chibi Municipal Government, Hubei Province. The two companies reached in-depth strategic cooperation on the project of 4.6 meter extra-wide fine-denier high-speed through-air bonding nonwoven fabric production lines.

At present, Chibi Hengrui operates 6 spunlace nonwoven production lines and 2 sets of 3 meter through-air bonding nonwoven production lines, with an annual output value of nearly RMB 350 million. The self-developed 4.6 m extra-wide fine-denier high-speed through-air bonding production line from Refinno can reach a maximum operating speed of over 180 m/min. It is compatible with fibres ranging from 0.4 D to 3 D, showing prominent advantages in processing fine-denier fibres. The localization rate of main equipment exceeds 90%. Equipped with flexible carding and high-speed web-transfer technologies, and matched with the 4.6 meter Robhot high-penetration low-energy-consumption wide-width oven, the line balances product quality and energy-saving performance.
