Zhucheng Yuanhong Paper’s Tissue Paper Project Approved On May 13, the environmental impact report for the tissue paper project of Zhucheng Yuanhong Paper Co., Ltd. was officially approved. Located in Zhucheng City, Shandong Province, the project is a renovation and expansion based on the existing 36,000 tpy full wood pulp tissue paper production project. The company will newly purchase eight sets of 2880-type tissue machines. Among them, six units will adopt recycled raw materials to produce tissue paper, with a single-machine capacity of 12,000 tpy. The remaining two units will manufacture other paper grades, each with a single-machine capacity of 14,000 tpy. - 2026-06

Andritz to Supply a Wetlace™ Production Line to Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Fabric Group, Scheduled for Commissioning by End of 2026 Recently, Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Fabric Group Co., Ltd. has placed an order with Andritz for a Wetlace™ production line to manufacture eco-friendly wipe rolls complying with the latest flushable standards. The line is expected to go into operation by the end of 2026. The new line will lift Dalian Ruiguang’s annual production capacity to 40,000 tons. The Wetlace™ spunlaced nonwovens are pulp-based, biodegradable and flushable, meeting the criteria set by the International Water Services Flushability Group (IWSFG) and Japan’s JIS P 4501 flushability standard. - 2026-06

Sateri’s 240,000 tpy Tissue Paper Project Approved
Sateri’s 240,000 tpy Tissue Paper Project Approved Recently, the Jiujiang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment approved the Environmental Impact Report for Sateri Fiber Co., Ltd.’s 240,000 tpy tissue paper project. Sateri plans to invest RMB 84.525 million to expand the 240,000 tpy tissue paper project at the Chemical Fiber Industrial Base in Lianxi District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The expansion includes the construction of two papermaking workshops, two pulp bale yards, two finished product warehouses, one flat warehouse, and one water purification station, as well as the upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment station. Additionally, embossing and fragrance-adding processes will be added to some products of the existing "100,000 tpy High-Quality Tissue Paper Project", while the existing product scale remains unchanged. - 2026-06

Baoding Changda’s 3880-1700 Crescent Tissue Machine Successfully Started Up in Vietnam On May 12, the 3880-1700 crescent tissue machine supplied by Baoding Changda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. to Vietnam BNP Production Trading Co., Ltd. was successfully started up (P1). The tissue machine has a width of 3.88m and a design speed of 1,700m/min, with a single-machine annual capacity exceeding 30,000 tpy. The two production lines P1 and P2 of Vietnam BNP Production Trading Co., Ltd. are expected to have a total capacity of 60,000 tpy. The entire project from pulping equipment to reeling was designed and contracted by Changda Machinery, adopting a permanent magnet drive system that is energy-efficient, high-performance, and stable in operation.
