High-Width PE/PP Bi-component Spunbond Nonwoven Production Line of China Hongda Research Institute Successfully Put into Operation Recently, the full-line joint commissioning and trial production of the high-width PE/PP bi-component spunbond nonwoven production line, independently developed and constructed by Hongda Research Institute under CHTC Group (affiliated with SINOMACH Group), has been completed. Relevant tests and process verification show that all performance indicators of finished products fully meet the standards. - 2026-07

EIA Public Notice for Production Line Project of Wet Wipes, Facial Tissues, Diapers, Pull-Up Pants and Sanitary Napkins of Quanzhou Yiquan Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. Recently, Jinjiang Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Quanzhou City released the environmental impact assessment (EIA) public notice for the production line project of Quanzhou Yiquan Hygiene Products Co., Ltd., covering wet wipes, facial tissues, diapers, pull-up pants and sanitary napkins. According to the public notice, the project is located in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. Its designed production capacity includes output of 10,000 tpy of absorbent cores, 400 million pieces of diapers, 400 million pieces of pull-up pants, 400 million pieces of sanitary napkins, 50 million packs of wet wipes and 50 million packs of facial tissues. - 2026-07

The 30,000 tpy Tissue Paper Processing Project Put into Production in Debao County, Guangxi On June 6, the opening and unveiling ceremony was held for the tissue paper processing project in Ma’ai Town Poverty Alleviation Industrial Park, Debao County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, marking the commissioning of the project’s Phase I. The Phase I involves a total investment of RMB 65.65 million and covers a plant area of 15,000 square meters. Equipped with 20 automated processing lines and a full set of supporting production equipment, the project is expected to yield 30,500 tpy of tissue paper, generating an annual industrial output value of RMB 370 million. - 2026-07

Yunjing Planned to build a 500,000 tpy Bleached Chemical Pulp Production Line On June 3, Pu’er Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Yunnan Province, China, released the EIA public notice for the green, low-carbon and intelligent transformation, upgrading, expansion and renovation project of Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp Co., Ltd., with an output of 760,000 tpy of chemical pulp adopting the "new capacity replacing old facilities" model under the integrated forest-pulp-paper development strategy. Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp currently operates two chemical pulp production lines with capacities of 100,000 tpy and 160,000 tpy respectively, one 30,000 tpy tissue paper line, plus an ongoing 60,000tpy tissue paper project (24,000 tpy capacity already completed). It is also equipped with supporting caustic soda and chlorine dioxide production lines, as well as other utility works and environmental protection facilities. - 2026-07

Two Crescent Tissue Machines Supplied by Baoding Changda Officially Put into Operation for Pingxiang Dingxiang in Vietnam Recently, two 2050-1300 crescent tissue machines manufactured by Baoding Changda Machine Co., Ltd. for Pingxiang Dingxiang Trading Company of Vietnam have been successfully started up and commissioned. The machines feature a width of 2.05 m and a designed operating speed of 1,300 m/min, with a single-machine output capacity of 13,000 tpy.
