TM4 of Guangxi Qingyun Paper Co., Ltd. Successfully Started Up On September 9th, the TM4 of Guangxi Qingyun Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully started up and began producing paper. This paper machine, the fourth one put into operation by Qingyun Paper in 2025, is a crescent-type paper machine provided by Xian Weiya Paper Machinery Co., Ltd., with a web width of 2.85 meters and a designed machine speed of 1,300 meters per minute. Guangxi Qingyun Paper Co., Ltd.'s annual 150,000-ton tissue paper project is constructed in two phases. At present, the first phase of the project has been successfully completed.’ - 2025-09

Plans to Add 150,000 Tonnes of Tissue Paper Production Capacity Recently, during a research activity, Li Runming, Public Affairs General Manager of RGE Group Shandong and Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, stated that Asia Symbol (Shandong) Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. has completed part of the technical transformation for the first phase of its annual 500,000-tonne household paper project. For the second phase of the project, it plans to add a building area of 100,000 square meters, mainly constructing buildings such as a papermaking workshop, a converting workshop, and warehouses. Additionally, 6 tissue paper production lines and converting production lines, among other equipment, will be added. This phase is expected to increase the production capacity by 150,000 tonnes, with the main products including facial tissues, toilet tissue, and kitchen towels. - 2025-09

Signs Contract for Baotuo's 3.6m Hand Towel Machine Recently, Shandong Hongsheng New Material Co., Ltd. has signed a contract to introduce Nanhai Baotuo Paper Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd.'s newly developed fourdrinier hand towel machine for its annual 60,000-ton tissue paper project. This paper machine features a web width of 3.6 meters and a machine speed of 800 meters per minute, capable of producing over 90 tons of high-quality hand towel base paper per day. The fourdrinier paper machine signed this time adopts a brand-new structural design from the wire section to the drying section, which significantly improves the dewatering efficiency and greatly increases the paper dryness when it enters the drying cylinder. The newly commissioned paper machine is a crescent twin-cylinder multifunctional production line precisely tailored by Foshan Nanhai Baotuo Paper Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. based on Jiangsu Hongzehu Paper Co., Ltd.'s product strategy. It mainly focuses on the production of high-end commercial paper towel, boasting excellent production flexibility and energy consumption performance, and enabling efficient and rapid switching between the production of low-basis-weight toilet tissue and hand towels. In addition to outstanding performance in paper sheet uniformity and operational simplicity, the equipment also features a wide basis weight range (11-45 g/m²). It significantly reduces electricity and steam consumption per ton of paper, helping the customer achieve energy conservation, cost reduction, and quality improvement. - 2025-09

The second Hanwei fully automatic production line of Megasoft (China) Co., Ltd. has been put into operationRecently, Megasoft (China) Co., Ltd. has introduced and put into operation the second Hanwei fully automatic baby pull-up pants production line. Adopting dual servo motor differential control, this production line achieves a single-line speed of 800 pieces per minute, significantly improving efficiency. Megasoft plans to complete the dual-line layout of Hanwei production lines by December 2025: one adult diaper production line will be deployed at the 4th production base, and one adult pull-up diaper production line at the 5th production base. This layout will fully cover the adult care and baby care markets.
