China Xiaonan District signs Weisheng intelligent packaging production base project On March 3rd, the People’s Government of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, China, officially signed an investment contract with Weisheng Packaging (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. The Weisheng Intelligent Packaging Production Base Project has a total investment of 300 million yuan and covers an area of 30 mu. It mainly focuses on building a digital factory for intelligent packaging. The successful signing of this project fills the gap in the production of color printing packaging cartons in Xiaonan District and further promotes the development of the tissue (hygiene) and plastic packaging products industry in Xiaonan District. - 2025-07

Chongzuo Lee & Man plans to build a new tissue paper project with 80,000 tpy Recently, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, accepted the application materials for the permit of the environmental impact assessment document of the annual 80,000-ton tissue paper project of Chongzuo Lee & Man. The project is located in the China-Thailand Industrial Park in Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It will use purchased bamboo pulp and wood pulp to produce tissue paper according to a certain ratio. A tissue mill with an annual output of 80,000 tons will be built, including 4 tissue paper production lines and supporting stock preparation, papermaking and other systems. The storage and transportation project, public works, auxiliary works, thermoelectric energy, etc. will rely on the existing facilities within the factory area of the existing Lee & Man Chongzuo Base. - 2025-07

The production project of high-end moisturizing tissue parent roll of Meijiaxin in China settles in XiaoganOn February 27, the People’s Government of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, China, signed an investment cooperation agreement with Meijiaxin Paper (Hubei) Co., Ltd. in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The production project of Meijiaxin’s moisturizing tissue parent roll and intelligent warehousing project has been settled in Xiaonan District, with a planned investment of 2 billion yuan. It is planned to build 6 tissue parent roll production lines with the production capacity of 120,000 tons per year. - 2025-07

After the reconstruction, the maximum running speed of the tissue machine can reach 1,100 meters per minute. Shanxi Qiangwei signs a contract of full pulping equipment for the phase II of 300,000 tpy tissue and paper products project with Zhengzhou Leizhan Recently, Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Qiangwei Paper Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, reaching a full pulping equipment supply contract for the Phase II project of 300,000 tons per year of tissue paper and paper products. Zhengzhou Leizhan will provide a full-process energy-saving stock preparation system solution for Shanxi Qiangwei Paper’s newly commissioned four 2850/1500 tissue machines, along with a complete set of energy-efficient equipment for raw material conveying, pulping, fine pulp processing, and approach flow systems.
