EIA Public Notice Issued for Baby Training Pant and Waistband Diaper Production Project of Jiarun Paper Recently, the environmental impact registration form for the baby training pant and waistband diaper production project of Quanzhou Jiarun Paper Co., Ltd. of Fujian, China has been accepted and publicly announced by the Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone Management Committee. The first floor features a production workshop of approximately 3,000 ㎡, including production areas for training pants and waistband diapers, together with supporting offices and warehouses. With a total investment of RMB 10 million, the project plans to produce 44 million pieces of baby training pants and 56 million pieces of waistband diapers annually. The main equipment includes 1 baby training pant production line, 1 baby diaper production line, 2 automatic packaging machines, 2 air compressors and 2 baghouse dust collectors. - 2026-09

The project is located at Derun Industrial Park, No.401 Binhunan Road, Zhangban Town, Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone, Fujian Province. With a total investment of 11.88 million yuan, the project plans to produce 50 million pieces of baby diapers, 80 million pieces of training pants and 110 million pieces of period pants annually. Sichuan Petrochemical Yashi Paper Launches Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Recently, the kick-off ceremony for the "Brilliant Yashi · Embark on a New Green Journey" distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Sichuan Petrochemical Yashi Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the company’s No.3 plant. Petrochemical Yashi Paper has been following the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and incorporating green and low-carbon layout into its long-term development plan. The launch of this distributed photovoltaic project marks an important measure for the company to tackle high energy consumption challenges and build a modern zero-carbon factory. Upon completion and operation, the project will generate more than 2 million kWh of photovoltaic power annually. This crescent tissue machine features a web width of 3.55 meters and an operating speed of 1,500 m/min, with a capacity of 30,000 tpy. The energy-saving breathable hood, multi-stage turbulent flow headbox, high-performance frequency converters and DCS control system adopted by the tissue machine are all independently developed and manufactured by Baoding Weituo. - 2026-09

Consumers can scan the code to view the full-chain quality control system covering raw materials, production and testing. Babycare’s Huzhou factory is built to high standards. The production workshop and packaging area adopt dual isolation design. Fully automatic production is realized with high-end imported equipment. The entire production line is equipped with more than 550 quality control nodes, and real-time monitoring is enabled via the Babycare AI Cloud Pupil Intelligent Control System.
