Groundbreaking of Hubei Tianjiao's Phase II Project Held in Xiaogan, Hubei The groundbreaking ceremony for the Phase II project of Hubei Tianjiao Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. was held in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, China. Covering an area of 217 mu, the project is expected to be commissioned in early 2027. Leveraging 5G full-connection technology, industrial robots, AGV intelligent logistics systems, as well as the location and industrial synergy advantages of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, the project will build a full-chain traceable digital production base integrating raw material precision processing, finished product manufacturing, and warehousing and logistics. - 2025-12

Environmental Impact Assessment Announcement of Shandong Feisite Co., Ltd.’ s 100,000 tpy of Superabsorbent Polymer and Water Repellent Project Recently, the project of Shandong Feisite Co., Ltd.’s 100,000 tpy of superaborbent polymer and water repellent has been announced. Covering an area of approximately 30.2 mu, the project plans to construct one production workshop for superabsorbent polymer and water repellent, one thermal oil boiler room, one power distribution room, and two independent storage tank areas. Additionally, it will purchase 5 superabsorbent polymer production lines and other corresponding equipment. The total investment of the project is RMB 130 million, among which the environmental protection investment is approximately RMB 2 million. - 2025-11

China's Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City Signs a Batch of High-Quality Projects Including Tissue Paper and Hygiene Products in Q3 2025 On October 10, the centralized signing event for investment promotion projects in Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, China in the third quarter of 2025 was held. A total of 15 high-quality projects with a total investment of RMB 8.65 billion were signed on site, covering multiple fields such as tissue paper and hygiene products, intelligent manufacturing, and new energy. As a representative enterprise for signing high-quality projects, Vinda Group’s Phase III capacity expansion project signed this time will add an output of over 200,000 tpy of tissue paper. Located in the Xiaonan Economic Development Zone, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, China, the project commenced construction in July 2024 and completed equipment debugging in June 2025, entering a trial operation phase. It primarily focuses on the R&D and production of nonwoven products, hygiene products, and medical consumables. Upon full operation, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of approximately RMB 300 million . - 2025-11

Environmental Impact Assessment for Hebei Beimiao Paper's 300,000 tpy Tissue Paper Project Set for Approval The environmental impact assessment for Hebei Beimiao Paper Technology Co., Ltd.'s 300,000 tpy tissue paper project has recently passed review and is pending final approval. Located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, the project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase involves the installation of 10 high-speed paper machines and auxiliary equipment, which will achieve 150,000 tpy of tissue paper. The second phase will include the procurement and installation of an additional 10 high-speed paper machines and supporting facilities, adding another 150,000 tpy of tissue paper . Upon full completion, the project will have a total 300,000 tpy of tissue paper.
