Babycare (Huzhou) Factory Commences Production, Launches New Diaper Products including the Premium Care Series

On September 8, Babycare held a launch event at its newly commissioned Asia Transparent Factory in Huzhou, unveiling new diaper products such as the Premium Care Series, and released its second-generation traceability code. Consumers can scan the code to view the full-chain quality control system covering raw materials, production and testing. Babycare’s Huzhou factory is built to high standards. The production workshop and packaging area adopt dual isolation design. Fully automatic production is realized with high-end imported equipment. The entire production line is equipped with more than 550 quality control nodes, and real-time monitoring is enabled via the Babycare AI Cloud Pupil Intelligent Control System. The AI Cloud Pupil is a quality inspection system that integrates high-definition cameras with AI algorithms and links up with the production line.
