Sichuan Petrochemical Yashi Paper Launches Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

Recently, the kick-off ceremony for the "Brilliant Yashi · Embark on a New Green Journey" distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Sichuan Petrochemical Yashi Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the company’s No.3 plant. Petrochemical Yashi Paper has been following the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and incorporating green and low-carbon layout into its long-term development plan. The launch of this distributed photovoltaic project marks an important measure for the company to tackle high energy consumption challenges and build a modern zero-carbon factory. Upon completion and operation, the project will generate more than 2 million kWh of photovoltaic power annually. It will effectively reduce the plant’s purchased electricity consumption, significantly cut carbon emissions, and achieve the goals of energy conservation, cost reduction and green low-carbon development.
