Baosuo Group Signs Photovoltaic Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Guangdong Nanneng New Energy Co., Ltd. On September 2, the signing ceremony of the photovoltaic strategic cooperation agreement between Baosuo Group and Guangdong Nanneng New Energy Co., Ltd. was held at the headquarters of Baosuo. Representatives of both parties signed the strategic cooperation agreement, officially launching cooperation in the field of distributed photovoltaic energy to jointly promote the green and low-carbon transformation and development of enterprises. This photovoltaic cooperation project covers three production bases of Baosuo Group, namely its Foshan headquarters, Guangdong Baosuo and Jiangmen Zhonghui Industrial, with a planned total installed capacity of 5 megawatts. The whole construction of the project will be undertaken by Guangdong Nanneng New Energy Co., Ltd. The project will fully utilize the roof space resources of factory buildings to build high-standard distributed photovoltaic power generation systems, realize efficient replacement of clean energy, significantly optimize the energy consumption structure of Baosuo, effectively reduce carbon emissions and power costs in production and operation, and provide solid green energy support for Baosuo Group to meet energy conservation and emission reduction targets. - 2026-09

AUTEFA Signs Spunlaced Nonwoven Production Line Project with Xinjiang Huafu Seed Industry On September 1, AUTEFA Solutions Wuxi Co., Ltd., under China Zhengfangji, and Xinjiang Huafu Seed Technology Co., Ltd. affiliated to China Huafu Fashion Co., Ltd., officially signed a cooperation agreement for a complete-set high-end spunlaced nonwoven production line project. This cooperation centers on complete-set equipment for high-end spunlaced nonwoven production lines, which will support Huafu’s seed processing and cotton-industry chain-extension project in Hutubi, Xinjiang. Zhengfangji has built a joint sales platform with AUTEFA, adopting a dual-brand strategy of “Zhengfangji” and “AUTEFA”. Baoding Weituo Machinery Delivers Tissue Machine Retrofit for Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. On August 26, the 3rd and 4th high-speed tissue machines (No. 6 and No. 7), converted from vacuum cylinder former to Crescent former and delivered by Baoding Weituo Machinery Co., Ltd. to Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd., were successfully commissioned. The machine has a web width of 2.85 m. This retrofit project covers key technical components including the felt washing section, forming section, and headbox approach flow system. Weituo Machinery provides a full-scope package of services, consisting of engineering design, installation supervision, tissue machine commissioning, operator training, and start-up support. - 2026-09

CPC Direct-web Forming Production Line of Kingsafe Group Officially Put into Operation Recently, the CPC wood-pulp direct-web forming low-pressure spunlaced composite nonwoven production line of Kingsafe Group has been officially put into operation. It is reported that this production line innovatively adopts a new composite process with three-layer independent direct-web forming, with an estimated capacity of 28,000 tpy. Its products cover multiple fields including baby care wet wipes, household and industrial wiping materials. To resolve the structural contradictions among raw materials, processes, product performance and costs, Kingsafe Group has achieved independent breakthroughs in key technologies and processes. A complete solution has been officially implemented, which features high-speed production, thick, soft and fluffy fabric surface, controllable costs (more than 15 % lower for equivalent performance), and compatibility with diversified fibers. - 2026-09

EIA Public Notice for the Phase-III Project of Hengan (Wuhu)’s 100,000 tpy High-Grade Tissue Paper Project On August 31, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) public notice was released for the Phase-III Project of 100,000 tpy high-grade tissue paper undertaken by Hengan (Wuhu) International Group Co., Ltd. With a total investment of RMB 1 billion, the project will occupy 90.2 mu of self-owned land, and construct new plant buildings with a floor area of approximately 75,000 square meters. It plans to build four production lines for high-grade tissue paper together with supporting processing equipment, biomass-fired boilers, warehouses, as well as the expansion project of the wastewater treatment station, to implement the "Phase-III Project of 100,000 tpy High-Grade Tissue Paper". Upon completion, the project will add an annual production capacity of 100,000 tpy for wood-pulp paper-making and high-end paper products, generating an additional output value of RMB 1.7 billion. - 2026-09

Accelerated Progress Made in Chaoyang Li’ao Sanitary Products Smart-Manufacturing Project Recently, construction has been accelerated for the Chaoyang Li’ao Sanitary Products Smart-Manufacturing Project located in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, China. With a total investment of RMB 1 billion and a land area of 131.84 mu, the project is positioned as one of the large-scale intelligent sanitary-products production bases in Northeast China. As planned, the project will build five modern production workshops together with supporting auxiliary facilities, and introduce six full-servo baby diaper production lines as well as relevant supporting equipment.
