The project involves the addition of 1 paperboard production line, 2 carton production lines and 3 pet product production lines, to achieve an annual production capacity of 120 million square meters of paper products. Andritz High-Consistency Refiner Systems Successfully Put into Operation at Two Gold Hongye Bases Recently, the tissue paper production lines at Gold Hongye Paper Group’s Rudong (Nantong) and Xiaogan (Hubei) bases, subsidiaries of APP China, have completed installation, after commissioning and successful start-up of Andritz PrimeRefine HC T high-consistency refiner stock-preparation systems for tissue paper. The successive commissioning of the two systems marks an important step in the joint exploration of production processes that balance finished-paper quality and raw material costs, and further validates the application value of high-consistency refining technology in tissue paper manufacturing. The PrimeRefine HC T high-consistency refiner stock-preparation system for tissue paper consists of core equipment including press screws and high-consistency refiners. Compared with conventional low-consistency refining, this process significantly reduces fiber cutting and fines content, enables short-fiber fractions to contribute to paper strength, and helps enterprises optimize raw material composition while guaranteeing finished-paper quality. - 2026-09

High‑Speed Wide‑Width Fine‑Denier Double‑Carding Through‑Air Bonding Production Line RF‑6HW (4.2 m) of Goodfeeling’s Huai’an (Jiangsu) Project Officially Delivered Recently, the RF‑6HW 4.2‑meter high‑speed wide‑width fine‑denier double‑carding through‑air bonding production line for Goodfeeling’s Huai’an project in Jiangsu has been officially delivered. Construction on Goodfeeling’s high‑end through‑air nonwovens project in Huai’an, Jiangsu commenced in September 2025. Leveraging Refano’s proven and complete package technology for through‑air bonding equipment, the whole process including civil construction and equipment mobilization has progressed efficiently. The main production line successfully delivered at the Huai’an base is the custom‑built RF‑6HW 4.2‑m high‑speed wide‑width fine‑denier double‑carding through‑air bonding nonwovens production line by Refano, and it is also the first core production line delivered for commissioning in this plant. Multiple additional Refano production lines will be mobilized and installed as scheduled, with commissioning to be carried out in phases. - 2026-09

Sun Paper and Baotuo Paper Machinery Cooperate for the Fourth Time — Nanning Sun Paper Signs Contract for 4 Sets of Baotuo Tissue Machines Recently, Nanning Sun Paper Co., Ltd. has formally signed a contract with Baotuo for 4 sets of high‑speed tissue machines for its Phase‑III tissue paper project, marking a new milestone in the strategic partnership between the two sides. To date, Baotuo Paper Machinery has supplied equipment on four occasions for Guangxi Sun Paper (Beihai Base), as well as Phase‑I, Phase‑II and the latest Phase‑III projects of Nanning Sun Paper, with a total of 13 sets of machines delivered. The contracted BC1800‑2850 model features a design operating speed of 1,800 m/min and a web width of 2.85 meters. - 2026-08

Shandong Sun Paper (Honghe) Plans Technical Upgrade Project of 450,000 tpy Natural Cellulose and Supporting Facilities On July 20, Jining Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment publicized the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment documents for the technical upgrade project with an output of 450,000 tpy of natural cellulose and supporting facilities undertaken by Shandong Sun Paper (Honghe) Co., Ltd. The project plans to invest RMB 1 billion in the technical transformation of natural cellulose production lines. Relying on the upgraded production platform, the company will manufacture high-end products including acetate fiber and fluff pulp, as well as medium-Kappa unbleached pulp applicable to high-grade packaging paper. It will foster an independent innovation system covering the whole industrial chain from raw materials to end applications, and build a competitive innovation base for bio-based materials. - 2026-08

With a wide-width of 4.6-meter process, this line is dedicated to manufacturing the brand-new "0.4 denier + 4.6m" product launched by King's Choice. It is reported that following the launch of this production line, King's Choice plans to add more wide-width production lines at its Nanjing plant and Heshan base in Guangdong, forming a large-scale cluster of 4.6m wide-width production lines within the year.
