Gold Hongye Paper Publicly Notifies the 2 Million tpy Natural Cellulose Project at Its Rudong Base On January 27, Nantong Municipal Bureau of Data released a public notice on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment, officially notifying the Natural Cellulose Project of Rudong Base owned by Gold Hongye Paper Co., Ltd. With a total investment of approximately RMB 16.4 billion, the project plans to construct a 2 million tpy natural cellulose production line and its supporting works. - 2026-03

Shareholders of China Zhongtai Henghui Sign Agreement for 450,000t Lyocell Fiber Project On January 8, the Administrative Committee of Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone signed an investment agreement with Jiangsu Shanhengzhehui Cellulose Fiber Co., Ltd. for a 450,000 tpy lyocell fiber project in Xinjiang. With a planned total investment of RMB 6 billion and a land area of approximately 1,500 mu, the project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase, with an investment of RMB 2.1 billion, will focus on building a 150,000 tpy lyocell fiber production facility. - 2026-02

Commences Construction Recently, the smart manufacturing project of Zhejiang Longshun Advanced New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. commenced officially at Longyou Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang Province. It is reported that with a total investment of RMB 327 million and a total construction area of 48,000 square meters, the project will build intelligent production lines with an annual output of 20,000 tons of maternal and infant tissue paper, 50 million packs of wet wipes, and 30 million packs of facial tissue. Focusing on the mid-to-high-end paper product segment, the project is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of RMB 420 million upon reaching full production capacity. - 2026-02
