Baoding Weituo’s 3550 Crescent Tissue Machine Successfully Commissioned at Baoding Luchun

On August 6, the third tissue machine supplied by Baoding Weituo Machinery Co., Ltd. to Baoding Luchun Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned. The machine features a web width of 3.55 m, an operating speed of 1 200 m/min, and a capacity of 24 000 tpy. It is a new-type energy-saving and environment-friendly high speed tissue machine and a key mdel of Weituo. It adopts energy-saving breathable hood, multi-stage turbulent flow headbox and high-performance frequency converters (1.5 kW~500 kW). The machine delivers excellent sheet formation and MD-CD tensile ratio, and can significantly cut steam consumption, power consumption and other operating costs.
