Zhejiang Shuxiao Plans 1.5 Billion Pieces/year Relocation & Expansion Project for Sanitary Care Products Zhejiang Shuxiao Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. intends to invest RMB 150 million to purchase an existing industrial land parcel located in Guigu Park, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. The planned land area is 33 mu. The land will be used for constructing a new factory building. The company plans to relocate its automatic packaging machines and laboratory equipment to the new plant, and purchase new production facilities including easy-to-open overnight sanitary napkin production lines, easy-to-open pantyliner production lines, and fully automatic sealing machines. Upon completion, the project will enable the company to achieve an annual production capacity of 1.5 billion pieces of sanitary care products. - 2026-02

Valmet Supplied Shoe Press Upgrades for 5 Tissue Machines at Lee & Man Recently, Valmet has been selected to retrofit the press sections of 5 tissue machines owned by Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The transformation project will be carried out at the company’s plants in Chongqing, Jiangxi and Guangdong respectively, covering the supply of Advantage ViscoNip shoe press upgrade packages and related services for the 5 machines. Upgrading to the Advantage ViscoNip shoe press technology will significantly boost machine efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements. Lee & Man had previously purchased 9 Advantage DCT200HS tissue machines delivered by Valmet, all equipped with ViscoNip shoe press technology. With a total investment of RMB 210 million, the project plans to construct three production lines, including one hand towel production line, one toilet tissue production line, and one facial tissue production line. The hand towel machine launched this time, which is also the first tissue paper production line, was supplied by Baotuo. With a width of 3.6 meters and a speed of 800 m/min, this machine has a capacity of 32,000 tpy.
