Main Structure of Dalian Oupai Smart Manufacturing New Factory in China Topped Out; 20 Automated & Intelligent Wet Wipe Production Lines to Be Built On September 17, the main workshop of the new Smart Manufacturing factory of Dalian Oupai Technological Co., Ltd. was officially topped out. With a planned total investment of 93 million yuan for the first-phase project, the new factory will build 20 automated and intelligent wet wipe production lines, and introduce 100,000-class digital clean workshops and a R&D center. After completion and commissioning, the project will become one of the large-scale production bases for wet wipes and cotton soft towels in Northeast China. - 2025-11

Hubei Zhencheng Paper (China) Plans to Build an Annual 510,000-Ton Bleached Chemical Pulp Project Recently, the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment publicized the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Green Fiber Processing and Supporting Project of Hubei Zhencheng Paper Co., Ltd.. According to the announcement, Hubei Zhencheng Paper Co., Ltd. intends to construct a bleached kraft pulp production line with an annual output of 510,000 tons. Using wood chips and bamboo chips as the main raw materials, the line will produce bleached kraft pulp, with a production scale of 1,500 adt/d (calculated based on air-dried pulp with a moisture content of 10%). The project is located in the Industrial Park of Yangjiachang Town, Gong'an County, Hubei Province. The planned start-up time of construction is December 2025, and the expected completion time is December 2027.
