Baoding Weituo Machinery Delivers Tissue Machine Retrofit for Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd.

On August 26, the 3rd and 4th high-speed tissue machines (No. 6 and No. 7), converted from vacuum cylinder former to Crescent former and delivered by Baoding Weituo Machinery Co., Ltd. to Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd., were successfully commissioned. The machine has a web width of 2.85 m. This retrofit project covers key technical components including the felt washing section, forming section, and headbox approach flow system. Weituo Machinery provides a full-scope package of services, consisting of engineering design, installation supervision, tissue machine commissioning, operator training, and start-up support.
