   On October 23, the TM8 crescent-type tissue machine of Guangxi Xiangzhou Liangui Paper Co., Ltd. successfully started up. This tissue machine was provided by Xian Weiya Paper Machinery Co., Ltd., with a web width of 2.85 meters and a designed machine speed of 1,200 meters per minute.
