Main Structure of Dalian Oupai Smart Manufacturing New Factory in China Topped Out; 20 Automated & Intelligent Wet Wipe Production Lines to Be Built On September 17, the main workshop of the new Smart Manufacturing factory of Dalian Oupai Technological Co., Ltd. was officially topped out. With a planned total investment of 93 million yuan for the first-phase project, the new factory will build 20 automated and intelligent wet wipe production lines, and introduce 100,000-class digital clean workshops and a R&D center. After completion and commissioning, the project will become one of the large-scale production bases for wet wipes and cotton soft towels in Northeast China. - 2025-11

FIBRE Dubai—Paper, Tissue, AHP, Wipes & Nonwoven Forum Successfully Held From September 2 to 3, the "FIBRE Dubai — Paper, Tissue, AHP, Wipes & Nonwoven Forum", co-hosted by China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Al Fajer Information Consulting Company, was successfully held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. A total of 11 keynote speeches and 1 interactive forum were arranged for this event. As a professional forum in the Middle East focusing on paper, tissue paper, hygiene products (AHP), wipes and nonwoven materials, it attracted more than 100 participants from related fields, demonstrating the strong appeal of the Middle East as a hub for emerging markets.
