Sichuan Dazhou Releases Dazhou Paper Industry Development Plan, Tissue Paper Capacity to Reach 700,000 tpy by 2029 Recently, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province issued the Dazhou Paper Industry Development Plan (Revised) (2025—2029), which proposes that by 2029, the city’s total bamboo pulp paper capacity will be significantly increased. Specifically, bamboo pulp capacity will reach 618,000 tpy, parent tissue roll and finished tissue paper capacity will each reach 700,000 tpy, and bamboo fiber capacity will reach 30,000 tpy. The planning covers the period from 2025 to 2029. The plan is divided into two phases: the first phase covers 2025 to 2027, and the second phase covers 2028 to 2029. - 2026-06
