Yunjing Planned to build a 500,000 tpy Bleached Chemical Pulp Production Line
Yunjing Planned to build a 500,000 tpy Bleached Chemical Pulp Production Line On June 3, Pu’er Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Yunnan Province, China, released the EIA public notice for the green, low-carbon and intelligent transformation, upgrading, expansion and renovation project of Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp Co., Ltd., with an output of 760,000 tpy of chemical pulp adopting the "new capacity replacing old facilities" model under the integrated forest-pulp-paper development strategy. Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp currently operates two chemical pulp production lines with capacities of 100,000 tpy and 160,000 tpy respectively, one 30,000 tpy tissue paper line, plus an ongoing 60,000tpy tissue paper project (24,000 tpy capacity already completed). It is also equipped with supporting caustic soda and chlorine dioxide production lines, as well as other utility works and environmental protection facilities. - 2026-07

Two Crescent Tissue Machines Supplied by Baoding Changda Officially Put into Operation for Pingxiang Dingxiang in Vietnam Recently, two 2050-1300 crescent tissue machines manufactured by Baoding Changda Machine Co., Ltd. for Pingxiang Dingxiang Trading Company of Vietnam have been successfully started up and commissioned. The machines feature a width of 2.05 m and a designed operating speed of 1,300 m/min, with a single-machine output capacity of 13,000 tpy. - 2026-07

EIA Public Notice for the Tissue Paper Expansion & Renovation Project of Baoding Dayi Paper Recently, the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the 21,000 tpy tissue paper expansion and renovation project of Baoding Dayi Paper Co., Ltd. has been publicly disclosed. Located in the South Park of Shunping Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, China, this project involves technical upgrading of existing production lines at the company’s southern plant. After renovation, the plant’s annual tissue paper production capacity will be raised from the current 21,000 tpy to 50,000 tpy. The project will also optimize product mix, improve product quality, and strengthen the enterprise’s risk resistance and market competitiveness. - 2026-07

Sinolight International Win Engineering Design Contract for Pulp Production Line of Phase I of Guangxi Yusen Paper’s Whole Industrial Chain Project Recently, Sinolight International secured the contract for the engineering design of the pulp production line under Phase I of the whole industrial chain project of Guangxi Yusen Paper Co., Ltd. With a total investment of RMB 15 billion, the project will be constructed in two phases. Phase I includes a 330,000 tpy bleached chemical wood pulp production line and a 360,000 tpy tissue paper production line. Phase II plans to build two 330,000 tpy bleached chemical wood pulp production lines, a 720,000 tpy tissue paper production line, as well as a production line for disposable hygiene products. - 2026-07

Kimberly-Clark Nanjing Factory’s Phase III Project Officially Put into Operation, Powering Global Growth with Intelligent Manufacturing in China On June 3, Kimberly-Clark announced the official commissioning of the Phase III capacity expansion project at its Nanjing factory. Upon full operation, the factory’s annual production capacity will increase by approximately 2.3 billion pieces, driving an annual output value increase of around RMB 2 billion.
