Hubei Zhencheng Paper (China) Plans to Build an Annual 510,000-Ton Bleached Chemical Pulp Project Recently, the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment publicized the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Green Fiber Processing and Supporting Project of Hubei Zhencheng Paper Co., Ltd.. According to the announcement, Hubei Zhencheng Paper Co., Ltd. intends to construct a bleached kraft pulp production line with an annual output of 510,000 tons. Using wood chips and bamboo chips as the main raw materials, the line will produce bleached kraft pulp, with a production scale of 1,500 adt/d (calculated based on air-dried pulp with a moisture content of 10%). The project is located in the Industrial Park of Yangjiachang Town, Gong'an County, Hubei Province. The planned start-up time of construction is December 2025, and the expected completion time is December 2027. - 2025-09

This paper machine, the fourth one put into operation by Qingyun Paper in 2025, is a crescent-type paper machine provided by Xian Weiya Paper Machinery Co., Ltd., with a web width of 2.85 meters and a designed machine speed of 1,300 meters per minute. Plans to Add 150,000 Tonnes of Tissue Paper Production Capacity Recently, during a research activity, Li Runming, Public Affairs General Manager of RGE Group Shandong and Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, stated that Asia Symbol (Shandong) Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. has completed part of the technical transformation for the first phase of its annual 500,000-tonne household paper project. For the second phase of the project, it plans to add a building area of 100,000 square meters, mainly constructing buildings such as a papermaking workshop, a converting workshop, and warehouses. Additionally, 6 tissue paper production lines and converting production lines, among other equipment, will be added. This phase is expected to increase the production capacity by 150,000 tonnes, with the main products including facial tissues, toilet tissue, and kitchen towels.
