China Absorbent Hygiene Products Expo,China Feminine Care Products Exрo
Luojiang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, Promotes High-quality Development of Hygiene Products Industry
According to China News report dated September 17, from January to August this year, industrial output value of enterprises above designated size in the hygiene products industry of Luojiang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province reached RMB 7.2 billion; the sales of e-commerce enterprises above designated size hit RMB 3.049 billion, up 27.7% year-on-year. Exports in the first half of the year stood at RMB 1.278 billion, a year-on-year rise of 24%. In terms of industrial upgrading, five local hygiene product enterprises including Tianjiao, Tianyue, Huanuo, Xingli and Yourun added seven intelligent production lines. Among them, Tianjiao introduced two full-servo intelligent production lines for adult diapers. In addition, Luojiang District actively introduced supporting projects such as Fujian Jufu Paper & Hygiene Products, Longshun Trading and Lingyin Printing to strengthen the supply chain of raw, auxiliary and packaging materials. In the digitalization and branding sector, Feiyue Intelligent Manufacturing’s “AI + Predictive Maintenance Solution for Zhigu Equipment” was selected as a provincial-level digital product, while Tianjiao’s “AI On-line Intelligent Inspection for Hygiene Products” was recognized as a provincial typical AI application scenario. Tianjiao’s brand “Bubandi” collaborated with a Nobel laureate to build a joint laboratory and jointly launched the new Zhenxin Thin Pro series. Furthermore, the local government is guiding enterprises to expand into categories such as adult incontinent products and pet hygiene products. Tianjiao Maternal & Infant has applied for the MIIT Promotion Catalogue of Elderly Products and completed the review of selected products.
