Price of Pulp and Parent Roll Tissue in Major Regional Markets of China in August 2026

According to survey data from Tissue Paper & Disposable Products Magazine, in August 2026, among China’s major regional markets for tissue paper, the price of imported bleached hardwood pulp board in Guangxi decreased month-on-month, while the average prices of imported bleached hardwood pulp board in Hebei and unbleached bamboo pulp board in Sichuan-Chongqing remained unchanged from the previous month. The average pulp prices in other regions rose month-on-month. The average parent roll tissue price in the Sichuan-Chongqing region stayed flat month-on-month. The average prices of bleached wood pulp parent roll tissue in Hebei and Guangxi declined compared with the prior month, with the average price of bleached wood pulp parent roll tissue in Hebei falling by RMB 225 per ton.
