Jiangtian Chemicals plans to acquire SDP intellectual property for 12.6 million RMBOn December 19, 2024, Nantong Jiangtian Chemicals Co., Ltd. announced in a public notice that it had signed the Intellectual Property Transfer and Licensing Agreement. Under the agreement, Jiangtian Chemicals plans to pay 12.6 million RMB to SDP Global Co., Ltd. to acquire intellectual property rights related to superabsorbent polymer (SAP) products, including patents, patent applications, and trademarks. The transaction involves 88 patents or patent applications and 34 registered trademarks . - 2025-02
