Establishment of China Guigang Economic and Technological Development Zone to Build a China - ASEAN Tissue Paper Production Center Recently, Guigang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the first autonomous region - level economic and technological development zone in Guigang City, has been approved for establishment by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, with an approved planned area of 2,992.4189 hectares. The development zone integrates industrial parks such as Shika Park, Yuegui Park, Yugui Park, Mugui Park and Wulin Park, and focuses on developing industries including modern paper industry, green chemical industry and grain and oil food processing. Among them, Yuegui Park focuses on the development of the household paper industry, and has settled key enterprises such as Lee & Man Paper and Longpai Paper. After all pulp and paper projects in the development zone reach their designed production capacity, they will form an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of pulp and 4 million tons of paper products. - 2025-09

Public Announcement of Jiangxi Lee & Man’ s High-End Tissue Paper Project in China: New Annual Capacity of 130,000 Tons Recently, Jiangxi Lee & Man Tissue Manufacturing Limited announced the Ruichang High-End Tissue Paper Project. The project is located within the existing factory area of Jiangxi Lee & Man in Matou Industrial Park, Ruichang, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. With a total investment of 220.25 million yuan, the project will be constructed in three phases, with a total of 6 high-grade tissue paper production lines. Each phase will have 2 production lines (arranged in the same workshop), and the annual output of tissue paper in each phase will be 43,300 tons. After the completion of the three-phase construction, the total new annual capacity of tissue paper will reach 130,000 tons.
