Obituary | Mourning the Passing of Mr. Hui Lin Chit, Founder of Hengan Group Mr. Hui Lin Chit, a National Model Worker, Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, National Advanced Individual in Building a Moderately Prosperous Society, Top 100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs of the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-Up, recipient of the China Charity Award, member of the 9th, 10th, and 11th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Vice Chairman of the 10th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman (Deputy Director) of the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Fujian Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of the 9th, 10th, and 11th Quanzhou Municipal CPPCC, Chairman (President) of the 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th Quanzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), President of Jinjiang Charity Federation, and founder of Hengan International Group Co., Ltd., passed away at 16:50 on April 17, 2025, at the age of 73, after ineffective medical treatment for illness. The Memorial Committee for Comrade Hui Lin Chit held a memorial service at 8:30 a.m. on April 23, 2025, in Houlin Village, Anhai Town, Jinjiang City. - 2025-07

The first phase of the project is planned with a total investment of RMB 93 million and will include the construction of 20 automated and intelligent production lines, a 100,000-class digital purification workshop, and a research and development center.
