CITIC Securities and Haitong International serve as joint sponsors. Public Announcement of Jiangxi Lee & Man’ s High-End Tissue Paper Project in China: New Annual Capacity of 130,000 Tons Recently, Jiangxi Lee & Man Tissue Manufacturing Limited announced the Ruichang High-End Tissue Paper Project. The project is located within the existing factory area of Jiangxi Lee & Man in Matou Industrial Park, Ruichang, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. With a total investment of 220.25 million yuan, the project will be constructed in three phases, with a total of 6 high-grade tissue paper production lines. Each phase will have 2 production lines (arranged in the same workshop), and the annual output of tissue paper in each phase will be 43,300 tons. After the completion of the three-phase construction, the total new annual capacity of tissue paper will reach 130,000 tons. - 2025-09
