Groundbreaking Ceremony for Dalian Oupai Technology Co., Ltd.'s New Intelligent Manufacturing Factory Successfully Held On March 27, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new intelligent manufacturing factory of Dalian Oupai Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Jinpu New District. The first phase of the project is planned with a total investment of RMB 93 million and will include the construction of 20 automated and intelligent production lines, a 100,000-class digital purification workshop, and a research and development center. The project aims to further expand the production capacity of wet wipes and cotton soft towels in Northeast China. - 2025-07
