The kickoff meeting for the "E3+ Order Collaboration Platform" co-developed by Vinda and Baison Software was successfully held on June 29. Centered on building an integrated collaborative system covering production, sales, inventory and distribution, the project aims to develop an automated order fulfillment platform with order collaboration as its core. It will focus on realizing four major collaborative capabilities: First, automated order fulfillment. The full chain of planning, inventory and fulfillment will be interconnected to enable automatic order processing. Second, data collaboration. Real-time linkage of sales, planning, inventory and delivery progress will be achieved, along with standardized master data and product information. Third, inventory & planning collaboration. Real-time inventory updates and accurate display of available stock quantities will be realized, with a rule-based control system set up to clarify order fulfillment priorities. Fourth, system interconnection. Barriers between OMS, TMS, WMS, ERP and other systems will be broken down to boost overall cross-system collaboration efficiency.
