On July 23, Li Yucheng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Qinzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Qinzhou, conducted an on‑site inspection of the site selection progress for Libang’s tissue paper whole‑industrial‑chain and green fiber new‑material project in Qinzhou District. He also chaired a special‑task‑force meeting for project support at the Municipal Administrative Information Center. It was emphasized that municipal‑district coordination shall be strengthened, collaborative services optimized, overall progress accelerated, and resources from all parties pooled to pursue parallel advancement against key milestones, so as to make every effort to ensure the project starts construction as scheduled before the end of the year.
