Sateri’s 240,000 tpy Tissue Paper Project Approved Recently, the Jiujiang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment approved the Environmental Impact Report for Sateri Fiber Co., Ltd.’s 240,000 tpy tissue paper project. Sateri plans to invest RMB 84.525 million to expand the 240,000 tpy tissue paper project at the Chemical Fiber Industrial Base in Lianxi District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The expansion includes the construction of two papermaking workshops, two pulp bale yards, two finished product warehouses, one flat warehouse, and one water purification station, as well as the upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment station. Additionally, embossing and fragrance-adding processes will be added to some products of the existing "100,000 tpy High-Quality Tissue Paper Project", while the existing product scale remains unchanged.

Baoding Changda’s 3880-1700 Crescent Tissue Machine Successfully Started Up in Vietnam On May 12, the 3880-1700 crescent tissue machine supplied by Baoding Changda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. to Vietnam BNP Production Trading Co., Ltd. was successfully started up (P1). The tissue machine has a width of 3.88m and a design speed of 1,700m/min, with a single-machine annual capacity exceeding 30,000 tpy. The two production lines P1 and P2 of Vietnam BNP Production Trading Co., Ltd. are expected to have a total capacity of 60,000 tpy. The entire project from pulping equipment to reeling was designed and contracted by Changda Machinery, adopting a permanent magnet drive system that is energy-efficient, high-performance, and stable in operation.

Shanghai Qingliang’s TM16 Tissue Machine Supplied to Bac Giang, Vietnam Successfully Started Up Recently, the TM16 high-speed tissue machine supplied by Shanghai Qingliang to Bac Giang’s subsidiary, Changjiang Paper Vietnam, was successfully started up. The tissue machine has a width of 3.56m and a design speed of 1,700m/min. It is capable of producing products with a basis weight range of 11~38g/m², with an annual capacity exceeding 31,000 tpy, fully meeting the diverse production needs of the local tissue paper market in Vietnam.

Shaanxi Bingzhi Malaysia Project's Crescent Tissue Machine Successfully Started Up On May 12, the crescent tissue machine with a width of 2.85m and an operating speed of 1,300m/min supplied by Shaanxi Bingzhi Machinery Co., Ltd. to a Malaysian customer was successfully started up. The project uses waste paper as the main raw material and covers a complete solution including process design, equipment selection, pulping system, tissue machine supply, and technical services.

24 Baotuo Tissue Machines to Be Introduced in One Go — Indonesia APP and Baosuo Enterprise Group Join Forces APP Indonesia (Asia Pulp & Paper) plans to introduce 24 tissue machines supplied by Baotuo Paper Machine under Baosuo Enterprise Group in one go from 2026 to 2027. The entire project will comprise four workshops, all to be installed within the APP Group’s OKI mill in Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Upon completion of the project, the OKI mill will add another 500,000 tpy of tissue paper production capacity.

Baoding Changda Starts Up Crescent Tissue Machine for Guizhou Taosen Paper On May 5, the 2850-1200 crescent tissue machine supplied by Baoding Changda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. of China to Guizhou Taosen Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully started up and put into production. The tissue machine has a width of 2.85 meters and a single-machine capacity of 16,000 tpy.

Guangxi Yusen Paper's Full-Industry Chain Project Plans to Build 1.08 Million tpy of Tissue Paper Recently, the full-industry chain project of Guangxi Yusen Paper Co., Ltd. was publicly announced. The project is located in the Port Area of Majiang Industrial Park, Zhaoping County, Majiang Town, and plans to construct 990,000 tpy of bleached chemical wood pulp and 1.08 million tpy of tissue paper. The project will be built in two phases. The first phase includes 330,000 tpy of bleached chemical pulp and 360,000 tpy of tissue paper (with 70% of the paper products undergoing post-processing). The second phase includes 660,000 tpy of bleached chemical pulp and 720,000 tpy of tissue paper (with 70% of the paper products undergoing post-processing), along with multiple production lines for disposable hygiene products.

The newly commissioned tissue machine features a width of 3.55 m and a maximum operating speed of 1,700 m/min. Hunan Zhengding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. provided the Yankee dryer, air hood, hot air system and dust removal system for the machine.

Baoding Zhongxin Paper Puts Into Operation a Crescent Tissue Machine Supplied by Baoding Weituo On April 25, a crescent tissue machine supplied by Baoding Weituo Papermaking Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially commissioned at Baoding Zhongxin Paper Co., Ltd. The tissue machine has a width of 3.55 m, an operating speed of 1,500 m/min, and an annual production capacity of 30,000 tpy. It is equipped with the energy-saving breathing air hood and multi-stage turbulence headbox, both independently developed by Weituo. The machine delivers excellent sheet formation and optimal MD-CD tensile ratio, and can effectively reduce costs such as steam and power consumption.
