China Henan Yixiang launches production base in Chongqing On October 29, Henan Yixiang Hygiene Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed an agreement to establish operations at the Chongqing Highway Logistics Base. Henan Yixiang will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary and lease approximately 40,000 square meters of warehouse space from Prologis to build a “Deeyeo” smart production workshop. This project, with a six-month construction period, will mainly produce “Deeyeo” wet toilet tissue and lotion tissue to meet market demand in Southwest China.

The tissue machine has a width of 3,550 mm, a speed of 1,200 m/min, and a production capacity of 22,000tpy. The energy-saving breathing type hood, multi-stage turbulent flow headbox, and high-performance frequency converter are all independently developed and manufactured by Weituo.

“2024 China International Paper Technology Exhibition” opens in WuhanOn September 25, the “2024 China International Paper Technology Exhibition” opened at the Wuhan International Expo Center. Pulp and tissue parent roll prices in major regional markets of China in September 2024According to research data from Tissue Paper & Disposable Products Magazine, the average price of pulp in China’s major tissue paper markets in September 2024 showed an overall decline, except for the relatively stable prices in the Sichuan-Chongqing region. Notably, the average prices of imported bleached hardwood pulp boards and bleached eucalyptus wet pulp in Guangxi experienced the largest decreases, each dropping by 430 RMB/t. The prices of tissue parent roll in different regional tissue paper markets displayed distinct characteristics. In Hebei, the price of bleached wood pulp tissue parent roll increased by 235 RMB/t, while the average price of bleached wood pulp tissue parent roll in Guangxi fell by 215 RMB/t. Conversely, the prices of bleached and natural color bamboo pulp tissue parent roll in the Sichuan-Chongqing region remained relatively stable.
