Commences Construction Recently, the smart manufacturing project of Zhejiang Longshun Advanced New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. commenced officially at Longyou Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang Province. It is reported that with a total investment of RMB 327 million and a total construction area of 48,000 square meters, the project will build intelligent production lines with an annual output of 20,000 tons of maternal and infant tissue paper, 50 million packs of wet wipes, and 30 million packs of facial tissue. Focusing on the mid-to-high-end paper product segment, the project is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of RMB 420 million upon reaching full production capacity.

The planned land area is 33 mu. The land will be used for constructing a new factory building. The company plans to relocate its automatic packaging machines and laboratory equipment to the new plant, and purchase new production facilities including easy-to-open overnight sanitary napkin production lines, easy-to-open pantyliner production lines, and fully automatic sealing machines. Upon completion, the project will enable the company to achieve an annual production capacity of 1.5 billion pieces of sanitary care products.

Focusing on renovation and expansion, it will upgrade advanced equipment such as melt spinning and drawing systems, phase out outdated facilities, and simultaneously carry out digital transformation of hygiene materials production lines. Upon completion, the project will achieve the green target of saving energy and reducing carbon emissions by 8,500 tons annually.

  • Valmet Supplied Shoe Press Upgrades for 5 Tissue Machines at Lee & Man Recently, Valmet has been selected to retrofit the press sections of 5 tissue machines owned by Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The transformation project will be carried out at the company’s plants in Chongqing, Jiangxi and Guangdong respectively, covering the supply of Advantage ViscoNip shoe press upgrade packages and related services for the 5 machines. Upgrading to the Advantage ViscoNip shoe press technology will significantly boost machine efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements. Lee & Man had previously purchased 9 Advantage DCT200HS tissue machines delivered by Valmet, all equipped with ViscoNip shoe press technology. This successful cooperation experience played a key role in its decision-making this time.
