Vietnam’s Xuan Phong Paper’s BC1300-3550 Tissue Machine Supplied by Baotuo Paper Machine Successfully Commissioned Recently, the BC1300-3550 tissue machine supplied by Baotuo Paper Machine, under Baosuo Group, for Vietnam’s Xuan Phong Paper has been successfully commissioned. The machine boasts a design speed of 1 300 m/min and a web width of 3.55 m, with a single-machine capacity of 20 000 tpy. Baosuo Group undertook the general contracting for the whole project scope, including stock preparation, white water treatment, papermaking, slitting and rewinding.

Guangxi Qingyun Paper’s TM5 Successfully Commissioned On August 23, the TM5 of Guangxi Qingyun Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned. Supplied by Xi’an Weiye, the machine features a web width of 2.85 m and an operating speed of 1 600 m/min, with a capacity of 16 000 tpy. In September 2025, four tissue machines under Phase-I of Guangxi Qingyun Paper’s tissue paper project were all put into production. Following the commissioning of TM5, the total capacity of Guangxi Qingyun Paper will reach 80 000 tpy.

Guizhou Jiaozi Paper’s Wet Toilet Paper Production Line Put into Operation, Daily Capacity Rises to 600,000 Packs Recently, the fully-automatic high-end wet toilet paper intelligent production line of Guizhou Jiaozi Paper Industry has been successfully put into operation, lifting its daily capacity from 200,000 packs to 600,000 packs. The whole production line adopts a fully-automatic closed-loop operation from raw materials to finished products. According to company officials, “Current orders received by Guizhou Jiaozi Paper have increased by around 50% compared with last year. The order backlog has been scheduled until the end of Q3 2026, and all production lines are running at high speed continuously.”

The self-developed 4.6 m extra-wide fine-denier high-speed through-air bonding production line from Refinno can reach a maximum operating speed of over 180 m/min. It is compatible with fibres ranging from 0.4 D to 3 D, showing prominent advantages in processing fine-denier fibres. The localization rate of main equipment exceeds 90%. Equipped with flexible carding and high-speed web-transfer technologies, and matched with the 4.6 meter Robhot high-penetration low-energy-consumption wide-width oven, the line balances product quality and energy-saving performance.

Located in Chihu Industrial Park, Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, the project covers a total construction area of approximately 143,800 m², with a plot‑ratio‑calculated construction area of around 250,400 m². The 5.57 million tpy forest‑pulp‑paper integration expansion project of Liansheng Pulp & Paper (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. is sited within Chihu Industrial Park, Zhangpu County. For pulping raw materials, the project mainly relies on wood chips supplied by overseas forest bases and overseas procurement, and also makes use of a large volume of commercial wood chips from local and surrounding areas, logging residues and off‑cuts from wood processing plants. The overall expansion project has a total investment of RMB 17.6 billion. The pulping capacity consists of 1.207  million tpy chemical pulp and 0.96 million tpy chemi‑mechanical pulp. The papermaking capacities cover 1.20 million tpy cultural paper, 0.51 million tpy thin‑paper, 1.02 million tpy special‑purpose packaging paper and 0.68 million tpy high‑end information‑technology‑grade paper.

Baoding Weituo Paper Machinery delivered tissue‑machine retrofitting services for Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. Recently, Baoding Weituo Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully commissioned two retrofitted high‑speed tissue machines with a parent roll tissue width of 2.85 meters for Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. This project involves the conversion of vacuum‑cylinder tissue machines into crescent former tissue machines, covering key technologies such as the felt washing section, forming section and headbox flow‑delivery system. Weituo Machinery provides full‑package services including engineering design, installation supervision, machine commissioning, operator training and start‑up support. Upon commissioning, the tissue machines achieved stable operating speed and reduced operating costs.

Wet-laid Spunlace Production Line Supplied by Zhengzhou Textile Machinery to Hubei Lijie Successfully Commissioned On July 28, the wide-width high-end intelligent wet-laid spunlace production line supplied by ZFJ Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. to Hubei Lijie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned and put into operation. The newly-commissioned production line adopts a wide-width structural design with strong process adaptability. The entire line realizes full-process intelligent and digital control, in line with the high-end and intelligent development trend of the nonwoven industry. Guangxi Shuya Builds Three New Products Production Lines It is reported that five self-developed products from Guangxi Shuya care products Co. Ltd. will officially start mass-production at the new plant in August 2026. For the mass-production of these new products, brand-new intelligent production equipment will be introduced and three additional production lines will be built. Among them, the first production line arrived and was positioned on-site on June 15th. At present, the team is advancing the preparation for new production lines with high standards and high efficiency, making every effort to ensure the smooth commissioning and operation of equipment at an early date. Public Announcement for the 11,000 tpy High‑grade Commercial Tissue Paper Technical Renovation Project of Fuyuan Paper Mill, Langxi County, Anhui Province, China Recently, the technical renovation project for an output of 11,000 tpy of high‑grade commercial tissue paper (TAD through‑air drying) by Fuyuan Paper Mill in Langxi County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, China has been publicly announced. Fuyuan Paper Mill plans to carry out technical renovation within its existing plant site. With a total investment of RMB 100 million, the project aims to build a 11,000 tpy high‑grade commercial tissue paper (TAD through‑air drying) technical renovation project. Upon completion of the renovation project, relying on existing facilities including biomass pellet boiler, sewage treatment station and office buildings, the mill will buy softwood and hardwood pulp boards as raw materials, and procure equipment such as pulping system, stock supply system, fresh‑water system, and wire section equipment for paper machines. One additional TAD tissue machine will be installed. After the project is completed, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 11,000 tpy of high‑grade commercial tissue paper. The total production capacity of paper products remains unchanged before and after the reconstruction.

Steady Construction of Yusen Group’s Chongxin Project (Gansu) It is reported that the high-grade tissue paper and paper products project of Yusen Group in Chongxin, Gansu, China is advancing rapidly. The project is planned with a capacity of 360,000 tpy of tissue paper and 500,000 tpy of packaging paper. As of April 2026, the comprehensive office building, No.5 warehouse and No.1 papermaking workshop of the enterprise have been fully put into operation, while the construction of No.2 papermaking workshop is being accelerated. At present, the foundations for No.5 and No.6 paper machines in No.2 workshop have been completely finished, and the construction progress of No.7 and No.8 paper machines has reached 80%. For the supporting No.2 finished-product warehouse, its main structure and roof slab construction have all been completed. The overall project is picking up pace steadily with balanced quality and efficiency, laying a solid foundation for smooth commissioning by the end of the year.

BABO Special Bamboo Fiber Project to Start Equipment Commissioning in September It is reported that the functional special bamboo fiber project of BABO is scheduled to start equipment commissioning in September. Invested and constructed by Vanov Group, the project has a total investment of RMB1.5 billion. Its main construction contents include a pulping workshop equipped with one 250 000 tpy bleached bamboo pulp production line and one pulp board workshop. Upon completion, the project will deliver an annual output of 204 000 tpy of high-performance water absorbing substrates made from bamboo fiber, together with 46 000 tpy of by-product bamboo fiber specially for pulp molding.
