This equipment can produce both under pads and pet urine pads, meeting the needs of 3-layer and 5-layer under pads with multiple specifications for co-production, with a speed of up to 300 meters per minute.

  • From Traditional Mill to "Smart Factory": AI-empowered Transformation Practice of China Fujian Tianjiao In recent years, Fujian Tianjiao has introduced intelligent equipment and technologies, upgraded the production line to automation and intelligence, and fully implemented lean production management. At the Quanzhou Shuangyang production base, Tianjiao has built a 5G fully connected factory. In the fully enclosed, dust-free and clean workshop, it is equipped with online testing equipment, intelligent robotic arms, AGV logistics and other production auxiliary equipment. A display screen of the industrial Internet of Things data application platform is installed next to the production line, showing the total output, product quantity, yield rate and abnormal information of each workshop and each production line at a glance. In March, Tianjiao realized the privatized deployment of DeepSeek and deeply integrated it into the workshop production process. By building an "AI + manufacturing" think tank system, it solved the pain points of traditional production modes such as lagging data collection, inefficient experience inheritance, and decision-making relying on manual work.
