The hand towel machine launched this time, which is also the first tissue paper production line, was supplied by Baotuo. With a width of 3.6 meters and a speed of 800 m/min, this machine has a capacity of 32,000 tpy.

The deal covers 5 sets of 4.2m dual-carding microfiber through-air nonwoven production lines, which will form a customized through-air nonwoven production project with a capacity of 20,000 tpy.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Public Notice for Hengan (Chongqing) Tissue Paper Production Project (Phase III) - With 120,000 tpy capacity of Tissue Paper On December 8, the EIA public notice for Hengan (Chongqing) Tissue Paper Production Project (Phase III) was released. The project uses purchased softwood pulp boards and hardwood pulp boards as raw materials, with 120,000 tpy capacity of parent tissue roll. Among this output, 61,500 tpy of parent tissue roll will be further processed into toilet tissue and facial tissue, while the remaining 58,500 tons will be sold directly as parent tissue roll. The main construction scope of the project includes the following parts: four high-grade parent tissue roll production lines with 30,000 tpy capacity will be built in the papermaking workshop; the converting workshop will be equipped with four toilet tissue production lines each with 12,000 tpy capacity and three facial tissue production lines each with 6,000 tpy. The total investment of the project amounts to RMB 2 billion.

Anhui Hongtai Paper Commissions a Weituo Crescen Tissue Machine with 24,000 tpy Capacity On December 8, Anhui Hongtai Paper Co., Ltd. commissioned a crescen tissue machine featuring a width of 3.5 meters and speed of 1,200 m/min. Supplied by Baoding Weituo, this machine has a capacity of 24,000 tpy. It is equipped with energy-efficient breathable hoods, multi-stage turbulent headboxes and high-performance frequency converters, which can effectively reduce various costs such as steam and power consumption.

The project includes 500,000 tpy of Lyocell fiber and its downstream industrial chain products such as spinning and nonwoven fabrics, with a supporting construction of 500,000 tpy of dissolving pulp; 500,000 tpy of medical and hygiene products (product categories: diapers, sanitary napkins, panty liners, cotton pads, air-laid paper, etc.), with a supporting construction of 500,000 tpy of fluff pulp; as well as the construction of corresponding supporting facilities including a power workshop, water purification station, warehouses and conveying pipelines.

Nanning (Guangxi) Sun Holdings Group’s 4 tissue paper production lines have been put into operation Recently, Nanning (Guangxi) Sun Holdings Group Co., Ltd.’s 4 tissue paper production lines (PM 16, PM17, PM18, PM19 in Nanning park) have been put into operation. These 4 crescent tissue machines are provided by Baotuo, with a width of 2.85 meters, speed of 1,800 m/min, single-machine capacity of 25,000 tpy, total capacity of 100,000 tpy.

Fujian Licheng Paper's Expansion Project Expected to Start Production in August 2026 It is reported that the expansion project of Fujian Licheng Paper Co., Ltd. in Taihu Park, Putian City, Fujian Province has entered the main structure construction phase. Scheduled to start production in August 2026, the project will feature approximately 15 production lines, with a total investment of RMB 1 billion, covering an area of 70 mu. EIA Approval Public Notice for Lee & Man's Ruichang Tissue Paper Project in Jiangxi, 6 New Paper Machines to Add 130,000 tpy Capacity On November 24, the Jiujiang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province, China, issued the EIA approval public notice for the Ruichang High-Grade Tissue Paper Project of Jiangxi Lee & Man Tissue Manufacturing Limited. Lee & Man has decided to construct the Ruichang Tissue Paper Project with a total investment of RMB 220 million. The project will be built in three phases, with 6 production lines planned in total. Upon completion of all three phases, the total annual capacity of tissue paper will reach 130,000 tpy.

China Yusen Group Signed the 1.5 Million tpy Paper Full Industry Chain Agreement in Hezhou, Guangxi Recently, China Yusen Group and Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China held a signing ceremony for the project investment agreement, where both parties signed the Investment Agreement for the 1.5 Million tpy Paper Full Industry Chain Project of Baoding Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. It is understood that the project has a total capacity of 1.5 million tpy, covers an area of 3,000 mu, with a total investment of RMB 15 billion, and will be constructed in three phases.
