China Paper Signs Bio-based Project with Yueyang City, Including 450,000 tpy Tissue Paper Capacity
China Paper Signs Bio-based Project with Yueyang City, Including 450,000 tpy Tissue Paper Capacity Recently, the People’s Government of Yueyang City, Hunan Province, and China Paper Investment Co., Ltd. signed the Letter of Intent for Cooperation on the Yueyang Bio-based New Materials Industrial Park Project. The project has a total investment of approximately RMB 30.3 billion. Phase I involves a total investment of RMB 17 billion, covering the construction of a production base for 1.1 million tpy special cellulose and 450,000 tpy tissue paper and converting operations. Construction is scheduled to start in the first half of 2026, with commissioning expected by the end of 2027. Phase II, a 900,000 tpy special cellulose base project, will be launched after Phase I is commissioned. - 2026-04

Valmet Will Supply Three IntelliTissue 1600 Tissue Machines to Yusen Group Valmet will supply three IntelliTissue 1600 tissue machines to Yusen Group for its factories located in Tai’an, Liaoning Province, and Chongxin, Gansu Province, China. The new tissue lines are scheduled to start up between the end of 2026 and early 2027. Featuring a width of 3,500 mm and a design speed of 1,650 m/min, each Valmet IntelliTissue line has a capacity of 30,000 tpy and produces tissue with a basis weight of 10 to 25 g/m². - 2026-04

Baotuo Tissue Machine of Baosuo Enterprise Successfully Signs 150,000 tpy Tissue Project with RGE Group’s Shandong Base Baosuo Enterprise has signed a contract with RGE Group for the second-phase tissue project with a capacity of 150,000 tpy in Rizhao, Shandong. All equipment will be supplied by Baotuo Tissue Machine, a subsidiary of Baosuo, including 2 hand towel machines and 4 BC1800-2850 Crescent Former tissue machines. Gained 100% Control of Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper with a RMB 985 Million Acquisition Recently, Taison Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. acquired the 40% equity interest in Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. held by Xiamen C&D Inc. for RMB 985 million via its subsidiary, Taisun (Guizhou) Bamboo Resources Development Co., Ltd. With this acquisition, the group now holds 100% equity interest in Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd., achieving full ownership and control.
