CNPPRI adds two new provincial/ministerial-level technology platforms CNPPRI (China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute) has recently scored two major wins: its “Pilot Platform for Paper-Based Functional Materials” was selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s first list of key pilot platforms under cultivation, and its “Light-Industry Engineering Technology Research Center for Fiber & Composite Materials” has been officially certified as a technological-innovation platform by the China National Light Industry Council.
