Dingfeng Paper’s tissue paper production line upgrade approved in Guangdong, ChinaOn April 17, the Zhaoqing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau of Guangdong Province, China, announced the approval of the technical transformation project for the tissue paper production line of Dingfeng Paper Co., Ltd. The transformation involves adjusting the product structure of pulp boards and paper products, and upgrading environmental protection and energy-saving measures. After the project, the pulping capacity remains at 102,000 tons annually, pulp for external sale will drop from 62,000 to 12,000 tons annually, and self-used pulp will rise from 40,000 to 90,000 tons annually. Tissue paper production capacity will double from 50,000 to 100,000 tons annually. - 2025-07

China Guangdong Zhijia signs agreement to build a high-end hygiene products production base in XiqiaoOn April 27, China Guangdong Zhijia Personal Care Products Co., Ltd. acquired Plot 3 on the east side of Industrial Avenue and south of Guangming Expressway in Xiqiao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, China, to build a high-end hygiene products production base. The project with a planned total investment of 250 million yuan will cover about 28 mu and focus on constructing modern sterile production workshops and introducing internationally advanced production lines to mainly produce high-end baby diapers, adult diapers, cotton soft towels, etc. The base is expected to be completed and put into use in 2027. - 2025-07

Hebei Xingtai Plans to Build a Project for 150,000t of High-End Tissue and Packaging PaperRecently, the project of Beimiao Paper Products Manufacturing Factory in Longyao County, Hebei Province, which aims to produce 150,000 tons of high-end tissue and packaging paper annually, has been announced. The project is located in Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, and will be constructed in two phases. In the first phase, finished product warehouses, processing workshops, production workshops, pulp processing workshops, raw material warehouses, and other supporting facilities will be newly built, with 6 production lines installed, aiming to produce 90,000 tons of high-end tissue paper annually. The second phase of the project will involve the installation of 4 production lines, targeting an annual output of 60,000 tons of high-end tissue and packaging paper.
