China OK Science and Technology Co., Ltd. forecasts RMB 358 million to 398 million revenue for the first half of 2025 On 11 July, OK Science and Technology Co., Ltd. issued a preliminary financial projection for the first half of 2025: revenue is expected to reach RMB 358 million to 398 million, up 67.42 %–86.02 % year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent company is anticipated at RMB 68.0069 million to 72.6915 million, up 93.83 %–108.47 % year-on-year; and basic earnings per share are projected at RMB 0.7285–0.7787 per share.
[2025-09-04] China C&S expects strong performance in the first half of 2025, with projected net profit attributable to shareholders from 1.4 billion yuan to 1.6 billion yuan On 11 July, C&S Paper Co., Ltd. announced that it expects net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2025 to reach RMB 140 million to 160 million, up 59.85 % to 82.68 % year on year. After excluding non-recurring gains and losses, net profit is forecast at RMB 135 million to 155 million, an increase of 95.95 % to 124.98 %. Basic earnings per share are projected at RMB 0.09 to 0.13.
[2025-09-04] 744,000 tpy of new tissue capacity launched in the first half of 2025—the production capacity increase was slightly higher compared with the same period last year According to figures compiled by CNHPIA, about 744,000 tpy new modern capacity launched between January and June 2025. The additions came from 28 machines—21 China-made and 7 imported. First-quarter start-ups totaled 409,000 tpy, while second-quarter start-ups added 335,000 tpy. CNHPIA’s latest compilation of publicly announced projects indicates that more than 500,000 tpy of modern capacity is scheduled to start up in the second half of 2025. Meanwhile, several projects originally slated for the second half of 2025 have been deferred to 2026, pushing the combined capacity now planned for 2026 and beyond to over 10 million tpy.

The collaborative project “Key Technology and Industrial Application of Totally Chlorine-Free (TCF) Clean Bleaching for Bamboo Pulp,” jointly developed by Tianjin University of Science & Technology and Sichuan Vanov New Materials Co., Ltd., successfully passed the evaluation.
[2025-09-04] Ruifeng Paper launches 50,000tpy chemical machine fluff-pulp project to extend industry chain Recently, Ruifeng Paper has officially started construction of a 50,000-ton-per-year chemical machine fluff-pulp line at its Jiaozuo mill. The project includes a complete rebuild of the headbox system and the addition of key equipment such as a chain-plate conveyor, hydrapulper, long-fiber refiner, DCS-controlled refining system, QCS for the pulp board machine, slitter-rewinder, and automated roll handling and packaging line.
[2025-09-04] China Hebei Puxin Paper successfully starts up its third crescent tissue machine On July 20, Hebei Puxin Paper Co., Ltd. successfully brought its new 3550/1400 crescent tissue machine online. The machine is the third crescent tissue machine that Xi’an Weiya Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. has delivered and launched for Hebei Puxin Paper.
[2025-09-04] China Zhenxin Jingpin launches RMB 150 million Phase-II project, adding four new tissue machines Zhenxin Jingpin recently broke ground on its Phase-II tissue paper project in Shaxian District, Sanming City, Fujian Province. The new phase builds on the success of the first line, which started up in 2022 and has been well received in the market. With a total investment of RMB 150 million, Phase-II includes one new warehouse, two additional workshops and four tissue machines. Once fully launched, the company’s overall capacity is expected to reach 120,000 tons per year.
[2025-09-04] China Vanov expands its focus on bamboo fiber sector for ecology amd 200,000-ton fluff-pulp project lands in Sichuan The Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment has recently posted a notice proposing to approve the special bamboo-fiber functional materials project at BABO Healthy Bamboo Industry Park, submitted by Sichuan Vanov Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. The project comprises: one new pulping workshop housing a 250,000 t/a bleached bamboo-pulp line employing displacement cooking, oxygen delignification and element-free chlorine-free bleaching process; one pulp-sheet workshop housing a 204,000 t/a fluff-pulp forming line and a 46,000 t/a molded-fiber tableware pulp forming line; and one alkali-recovery workshop housing a 1,250 t/d solids-capacity recovery boiler and a plate-type evaporator set.
[2025-09-04] Guangdong will add 90,000 m² smart hygiene-products plant On 9 July, Phase II of a 90,000 m² intelligent factory for Guangdong Meijie Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. officially broke ground in Sanshui, Foshan, Guangdong Province. The project is not only another milestone in Meijie’s 60-mu self-owned industrial park blueprint but also a decisive step toward becoming a smart manufacturing hub for hygiene products. The facility will integrate internationally advanced production lines, intelligent warehousing and green, eco-friendly processes, substantially upgrading the company’s flexible manufacturing and large-scale OEM/ODM customization capabilities.
[2025-09-04] China Yusen adds three more crescent tissue machines from Shanghai Qingliang, further expanding tissue paper capacity China Yusen Group and Shanghai Qingliang have recently signed a new contract under which Yusen will purchase three crescent tissue machines from Shanghai Qingliang, each with a width of 2.85 m and design speed of 1,700 m/min. Prior to this order, Yusen had already sourced from Shanghai Qingliang four 3,550/1,400 high-speed crescent tissue machines (all launched in 2019) and one 2,850/1,600 high-speed crescent tissue machine (launched in May 2025).
[2025-09-04] China’s Hebei Beimiao Paper to build 250,000 tpy tissue paper project with 10 lines The government of Longyao County, Hebei Province, has published the environmental-impact evaluation for Beimiao Paper’s new premium tissue paper project. The 150-mu site in Lianzizhen Village will house 79,360 m² of buildings and 10 production lines including high-speed tissue machines and various auxiliary facilities and equipment. The capacity will reach 250,000 tpy of high-grade tissue paper after launching.
