A new full-servo adult diaper production line added in Shandong market Recently, the first production line in Workshop 1#b for adult care products of Premier (Shandong) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. – the full-servo adult diaper production line (PX-CRLLK-200-SF) – has officially entered the material-carrying commissioning stage. This production line will further improve the production efficiency and product quality of Premier's adult care products. It adopts a full-servo drive system, which strictly controls the precision of cutting, lamination, packaging and other links through the servo control system. Its human-machine interface (HMI) and automatic detection system can realize real-time monitoring of production data, reduce manual intervention and improve stability. In addition, the production line can quickly switch between products of different specifications.

Guangxi Qingyun Paper’s TM3 tissue machine starts up On August 3, the TM3 tissue machine of Guangxi Qingyun Paper Co., Ltd. successfully started up. The paper machine is a crescent-type paper machine provided by Xi'an Weya, with a width of 2850 mm and a designed speed of 1400 meters per minute. In May and June this year, the TM1 and TM2 tissue machines of Guangxi Qingyun Paper have been put into production.

China Shandong Yinhe Ruixue Invests in New Fluff Pulp Project On July 23, the environmental impact assessment of Shandong Yinhe Ruixue's 300,000 tpy industrialization application project for bio-based new materials was publicized. According to the publicity document, Yinhe Ruixue intends to eliminate the existing wheat straw chemical pulp production capacity and build a new 300,000-ton bleached chemical pulp project in order to optimize the product structure, considering the future market prospects, national strategic requirements and the realization of the "dual carbon" goal. The project includes: an annual output of 80,000 tons of hardwood pulp, 70,000 tons of softwood pulp and 150,000 tons of fluff pulp. Among them, hardwood pulp and softwood pulp are used in the production of existing papermaking projects, and fluff pulp is made into dry pulp boards for external sale. The total investment of the project is about 2.2 billion yuan, and it is planned to start construction in January 2026 and put into operation in December 2027.
