CICC, CITIC Securities and GF Securities (Hong Kong) serve as its joint sponsors. According to the listing application documents, Softcare is an international hygiene products company focusing on fast-developing emerging markets such as Africa, Latin America and Central Asia. It is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of hygiene products including baby diapers, sanitary pads and wet wipes. Public Announcement of Jiangxi Lee & Man’ s High-End Tissue Paper Project in China: New Annual Capacity of 130,000 Tons Recently, Jiangxi Lee & Man Tissue Manufacturing Limited announced the Ruichang High-End Tissue Paper Project. The project is located within the existing factory area of Jiangxi Lee & Man in Matou Industrial Park, Ruichang, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. With a total investment of 220.25 million yuan, the project will be constructed in three phases, with a total of 6 high-grade tissue paper production lines. Each phase will have 2 production lines (arranged in the same workshop), and the annual output of tissue paper in each phase will be 43,300 tons. After the completion of the three-phase construction, the total new annual capacity of tissue paper will reach 130,000 tons. - 2025-09
