Yunnan Yunjing’s No. 3 tissue machine completes upgrading and reconstruction and started up successfully On February 27, No. 3 tissue paper machine of Yunnan Yunjing completed the upgrading and reconstruction and started production smoothly. It is expected that the annual output of tissue parent roll in 2025 will increase by 430 tons. After the reconstruction, the maximum running speed of the tissue machine can reach 1,100 meters per minute. The original vacuum cylinder type tissue machine has been transformed into a crescent-shaped tissue machine. - 2025-07

With a total investment of 1.02 billion yuan, the project includes the construction of a 102,000 t/a pulp and tissue production line and a sugar production line capable of processing 6,000 tons of sugarcane per day. Shanxi Qiangwei signs a contract of full pulping equipment for the phase II of 300,000 tpy tissue and paper products project with Zhengzhou Leizhan Recently, Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Qiangwei Paper Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, reaching a full pulping equipment supply contract for the Phase II project of 300,000 tons per year of tissue paper and paper products. Zhengzhou Leizhan will provide a full-process energy-saving stock preparation system solution for Shanxi Qiangwei Paper’s newly commissioned four 2850/1500 tissue machines, along with a complete set of energy-efficient equipment for raw material conveying, pulping, fine pulp processing, and approach flow systems. - 2025-07

China Liansheng TM5 and TM6 successfully commenced operation On February 23, the TM5 in China Liansheng’s Zhanpu base successfully commenced operation. This follows the successful operation of the TM6, Valmet IntelliTissue 1600, on February 16. TM5 is the same model with TM6 and also supplied by Valmet.
