Softcare Submits Listing Application to HKEX

    On August 12, according to the disclosure of HKEX, Softcare submitted an application for listing on the Main Board of HKEX. CICC, CITIC Securities and GF Securities (Hong Kong) serve as its joint sponsors. According to the listing application documents, Softcare is an international hygiene products company focusing on fast-developing emerging markets such as Africa, Latin America and Central Asia. It is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of hygiene products including baby diapers, sanitary pads and wet wipes. It has established factories in 8 African countries and owns brands such as Softcare, Veesper, Maya, Cuettie and Clincleer.
