Pulp and tissue parent roll prices in major regional markets of China in November 2024According to the data from Tissue Paper & Disposable Products Magazine, in November 2024, the pulp prices in major regional markets of China showed an overall downward trend. With the exception of the average prices of bleached and natural color bamboo pulp boards in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, which remained unchanged, the average prices of other types of pulp all decreased. Among them, the average price of bleached bagasse wet pulp in Guangxi saw the largest decline, dropping by 275 RMB/t. Among non-wood pulp materials, the average price of bleached bamboo pulp boards in the Sichuan-Chongqing region was 5,550 RMB/t, and the average price of natural color bamboo pulp boards in the region was 4,300 RMB/t, both remaining unchanged from October. In contrast to the overall decline in pulp prices, in November 2024, the prices of tissue parent roll in the tissue paper market remained stable across different regions. The average price of bleached bamboo pulp tissue parent roll in the Sichuan-Chongqing region saw only a slight fluctuation, while the average prices of various tissue parent rolls in other major regional markets remained unchanged. - 2025-01

Pulp and tissue parent roll prices in major regional markets of China in October 2024According to the data from Tissue Paper & Disposable Products Magazine, in October 2024, the average price of natural color bamboo pulp boards in the Sichuan-Chongqing region remained relatively stable. Meanwhile, the average prices of imported bleached softwood pulp boards in Hebei and bleached bamboo pulp boards in Sichuan-Chongqing increased slightly. Prices for other types of pulp saw a decline on average.For non-wood pulp materials, the average price of bleached bamboo pulp boards in Sichuan-Chongqing rose month-on-month, while the price of natural color bamboo pulp boards in the same region remained unchanged. The average price of bleached bagasse wet pulp (calculated on an oven-dry basis) in Guangxi decreased month-on-month.Tissue parent roll prices remained stable across most regions of tissue paper market. However, slight fluctuations were observed in the average prices of bleached wood pulp tissue parent roll in Hebei and Guangxi, as well as bleached bamboo pulp tissue parent roll in Sichuan-Chongqing. The prices of natural color bamboo pulp tissue parent roll in Sichuan-Chongqing and bleached bagasse pulp tissue parent roll in Guangxi remained unchanged.
