A total of 15 high-quality projects with a total investment of RMB 8.65 billion were signed on site, covering multiple fields such as tissue paper and hygiene products, intelligent manufacturing, and new energy. As a representative enterprise for signing high-quality projects, Vinda Group’s Phase III capacity expansion project signed this time will add an output of over 200,000 tpy of tissue paper. This is Vinda’s 8th capacity expansion in Xiaonan District and also an important extension of Vinda’s capacity layout in Central China.

China Huihong Group's Xiaonan Nonwoven Project Expected to Commence Operations in October The China Huihong (Hubei) nonwoven project has entered the final stages of construction and equipment debugging, with official operation anticipated to begin in mid-October. Located in the Xiaonan Economic Development Zone, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, China, the project commenced construction in July 2024 and completed equipment debugging in June 2025, entering a trial operation phase. It primarily focuses on the R&D and production of nonwoven products, hygiene products, and medical consumables. Upon full operation, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of approximately RMB 300 million .

Environmental Impact Assessment for Hebei Beimiao Paper's 300,000 tpy Tissue Paper Project Set for Approval The environmental impact assessment for Hebei Beimiao Paper Technology Co., Ltd.'s 300,000 tpy tissue paper project has recently passed review and is pending final approval. Located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, the project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase involves the installation of 10 high-speed paper machines and auxiliary equipment, which will achieve 150,000 tpy of tissue paper. The second phase will include the procurement and installation of an additional 10 high-speed paper machines and supporting facilities, adding another 150,000 tpy of tissue paper . Upon full completion, the project will have a total 300,000 tpy of tissue paper.

4 Units of BC1800-3650 Baotuo Tissue Machines (China) China Hengan Orders for its Central China Base Capacity Expansion Project Recently, Hengan Group signed a contract with Baosuo Enterprise Group for 4 units of BC1800-3650 Baotuo high-speed crescent tissue machines, which feature a machine speed of 1,800 m/min and a web width of 3.65 meters. Hengan Group has ordered a total of 11 sets of Baotuo paper machines, and the newly signed 4 units will be installed at Hengan's Xiaogan Base in Hubei Province. This project marks that the tissue paper equipment of Baotuo (under Baosuo Enterprise Group) has successfully covered five core production bases of Hengan Group, namely in Fujian, Hunan, Shandong, Chongqing and Hubei.

Started the Guangdong Good Feeling Hygiene Material Co., Ltd.'s High-End Hot-Air Nonwoven Project in China On September 24, the groundbreaking ceremony for the high-end hot-air nonwoven project of Guangdong Good Feeling Hygiene Material Co., Ltd.— with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and an annual output of 24,000 tonnes — was held in the Economic Development Zone of Huai'an, Jiangsu Province.

Main Structure of Dalian Oupai Smart Manufacturing New Factory in China Topped Out; 20 Automated & Intelligent Wet Wipe Production Lines to Be Built On September 17, the main workshop of the new Smart Manufacturing factory of Dalian Oupai Technological Co., Ltd. was officially topped out. With a planned total investment of 93 million yuan for the first-phase project, the new factory will build 20 automated and intelligent wet wipe production lines, and introduce 100,000-class digital clean workshops and a R&D center. After completion and commissioning, the project will become one of the large-scale production bases for wet wipes and cotton soft towels in Northeast China.

50,000 tpa Chemimechanical Fluff Pulp Project of China Ruifeng Paper Successfully Put into Production On September 29, the commissioning ceremony for the 50,000 tpa Chemimechanical Fluff Pulp Project of China Ruifeng Paper was held in the Economic Development Zone of Wuzhi County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China. This marks a crucial step for the company in its transformation and development in the field of bio-based new materials.

PM4 of Guangxi Shuhui Paper Co., Ltd. and PM5 of Guangxi Laibin Qiaohong Paper Co., Ltd. in China Started Operation On October 3, the PM4 of Guangxi Shuhui Paper Co., Ltd. and the PM5 of Laibin Qiaohong Paper Co., Ltd. in Guangxi commenced operation and successfully produced paper. Both machines are crescent former paper machines supplied by China's Xi'an Weiya, with a design speed of 1,400 m/min and a web width of 2.85 m.

China's Hunan Leiyang Signs 130,000-Ton Tissue Paper Processing Project On September 26, Leiyang City in Hunan Province, China, held a signing ceremony for the 2025 paper industry projects. Three projects were signed on-site, with a total investment of 1.045 billion yuan. Among them, the signed projects include two tissue paper processing projects, with a combined production capacity of 130,000 tons.
