Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Public Notice for Lee & Man’s 500,000 tpy of Lyocell Fiber and 500,000 tpy of Medical & Hygiene Products Project in Guigang, Guangxi

    Recently, the EIA public notice for the Guigang Green Fiber New Materials Project was released by Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The project includes 500,000 tpy of Lyocell fiber and its downstream industrial chain products such as spinning and nonwoven fabrics, with a supporting construction of 500,000 tpy of dissolving pulp; 500,000 tpy of medical and hygiene products (product categories: diapers, sanitary napkins, panty liners, cotton pads, air-laid paper, etc.), with a supporting construction of  500,000 tpy of fluff pulp; as well as the construction of corresponding supporting facilities including a power workshop, water purification station, warehouses and conveying pipelines.
