EIA Approval Public Notice for Lee & Man's Ruichang Tissue Paper Project in Jiangxi, 6 New Paper Machines to Add 130,000 tpy Capacity

On November 24, the Jiujiang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province, China, issued the EIA approval public notice for the Ruichang High-Grade Tissue Paper Project of Jiangxi Lee & Man Tissue Manufacturing Limited. Lee & Man has decided to construct the Ruichang Tissue Paper Project with a total investment of RMB 220 million. The project will be built in three phases, with 6 production lines planned in total. Upon completion of all three phases, the total annual capacity of tissue paper will reach 130,000 tpy.
