With a total investment of approximately RMB 1 billion, the project will be built in two phases. The first phase plans to install 6 tissue machines, featuring 178,840 tpy, along with high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized-bed boilers and supporting auxiliary facilities. The second phase is designed to include another 6 tissue machines, an independent finished product warehouse and a new 90 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized-bed boiler, with the same  capacity of 178,840 tpy as the first phase, as well as relevant supporting auxiliary facilities. The combined annual output of tissue paper from both phases will reach about 360,000 tpy.
