Hengan (China) Paper Plans to Build a 26,000 tpy Absorbent Paper/Absorbent Liner Paper Project

  Recently, the Quanzhou Ecological and Environmental Bureau of Fujian Province, China, announced that Hengan (China) Paper Co., Ltd. plans to construct a project with an annual output of 11,000 tons of wet-process absorbent tissue parent roll and 15,000 tons of absorbent liner tissue parent roll. The company intends to invest RMB 122 million to build two wet-process absorbent paper production lines and one absorbent liner paper production line within its existing plant area.
