Haoyue purchases GOO.N Nantong for 266 million yuan, accelerating its layout of baby diaper market

    On March 7, Hangzhou Personal Care Co., Ltd. announced its plan to acquire the core assets of Elleair (Nantong) located in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, with a transaction amount of 266 million yuan. The core assets include the land use rights, factory buildings, and 11 baby diaper production lines. After this transaction, the production business of the well-known brand “G00.N” baby diapers under Nantong Elleair will be outsourced to external enterprises such as Haoyue for processing.
