China Soft International Group’s Hong Kong IPO has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC)

    On February 20, the CSRC released a filing notice regarding the offshore issuance and listing of Soft International Group Ltd., (with its domestic operating entity, Insoftb (China) Co., Ltd.). The notice shows that Soft International plans to issue up to 937.5 million overseas listed common shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
