Recently, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning of Jiangsu Province issued a pre-approval public notice of the 60,000 tpy output functional modified polypropylene fiber project of Jiangsu Haibang New Materials Co., Ltd. Located in the Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, the project involves a total investment of RMB 500 million. Six production lines for functional modified polypropylene fiber will be newly constructed. The company will purchase a total of 108 sets of equipment including screw extruders, melt spinning machines, crimpers and fiber cutters, and self-manufacture 12 sets of equipment such as melt spinning machines, ribbon stacking machines and yarn swinging machines. Upon completion, the project will reach a production capacity of 60,000 tpy.
