EIA Public Notice for the Tissue Paper Expansion & Renovation Project of Baoding Dayi Paper

Recently, the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the 21,000 tpy tissue paper expansion and renovation project of Baoding Dayi Paper Co., Ltd. has been publicly disclosed. Located in the South Park of Shunping Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, China, this project involves technical upgrading of existing production lines at the company’s southern plant. After renovation, the plant’s annual tissue paper production capacity will be raised from the current 21,000 tpy to 50,000 tpy. The project will also optimize product mix, improve product quality, and strengthen the enterprise’s risk resistance and market competitiveness.
