Baotuo Supplied One PM3 High-speed Crescent Tissue Machine to India’s Jani Sales

Recently, a new crescent tissue machine was officially put into operation at the Surajgam plant of India’s Jani Sales Private Limited in Gujarat. With this new line, Jani Sales has become one of India’s top three tissue manufacturers, bringing the total capacity of its three tissue machines to approximately 82,000 tpy.

Supplied by Baotuo, a subsidiary of Baosuo Enterprise Group, this high-speed crescent tissue machine boasts a design speed of 1,800 m/min and a width of 2.85 m. Its basis weight ranges from 11.5g/m² to 50 g/m², and it runs on 100% virgin wood pulp. Half of the output will serve the domestic Indian market, while the rest will be exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East and other regions.
