Baoding Zhongxin Paper Puts Into Operation a Crescent Tissue Machine Supplied by Baoding Weituo

On April 25, a crescent tissue machine supplied by Baoding Weituo Papermaking Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially commissioned at Baoding Zhongxin Paper Co., Ltd. The tissue machine has a width of 3.55 m, an operating speed of 1,500 m/min, and an annual production capacity of 30,000 tpy. It is equipped with the energy-saving breathing air hood and multi-stage turbulence headbox, both independently developed by Weituo. The machine delivers excellent sheet formation and optimal MD-CD tensile ratio, and can effectively reduce costs such as steam and power consumption.
